Order Tracking
Track an Aloha HiViz order using the secure order-status link sent to the email address used at checkout.
How to check your order
- Open the order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from Aloha HiViz.
- Select the order-status or tracking link in that email.
- If you created an account, sign in to your account and open Orders.
Tracking becomes available after the carrier receives the shipment and may take time to show its first update.
No tracking update or email?
Check the spam or promotions folder for the email used at checkout. If you still need help, email us with your order number and delivery address. For your security, do not send full payment-card details.
