Order status. Send your order number and we will pull up where it is.
Sizing. Hi-vis runs to be worn over layers. Tell us your usual size and whether you layer, and we will tell you what to order.
Fabric and tape specification. If your worksite has requirements, ask before you order and we will send the exact specification for the style you are looking at.
Changes and cancellations. Email us within 6 hours of ordering — after that the order goes into production.

What to include:

How many shirts, and a rough size breakdown (we carry S–5XL)
Style: Hawaiian shirt, t-shirt, polo, hoodie, zip hoodie, long sleeve or waterproof jacket
Logo placement: chest, back, sleeve, or a combination
Any spec your worksite requires — we will tell you straight whether a style meets it

Logo placement is kept clear of the reflective tape so visibility is not reduced.
