Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

Aloha HiViz respects copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual-property rights. This policy explains customer responsibilities for custom artwork and how rights holders can report material on alohahiviz.com.

Customer-submitted names, logos, and artwork

By submitting a name, logo, image, or other artwork for a personalized product, you represent that you own the material or have permission to use and reproduce it for the requested order. Do not submit material that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.

We may request evidence of authorization and may reject, pause, or cancel a design that appears unlawful, misleading, hateful, or infringing.

Copyright and intellectual-property notices

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, email cs@alohahiviz.com with the subject Copyright or IP Notice and include:

  1. your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of an authorized representative;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other right claimed;
  3. identification and location of the material at issue, including the exact product or page URL;
  4. your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the owner.

You may also mail the notice to Aloha HiViz, 2502 Solitude Lane, Deer Park, TX 77536, United States.

Response and counter-notices

We review sufficiently complete notices and may remove or restrict the material, contact the submitting customer, or request more information. If material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, the affected party may email a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its prior location, providing contact information, consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court, acceptance of service from the original complainant, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and a physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringement

Where appropriate, we may restrict service to customers who repeatedly submit infringing material. We may also act on credible trademark, publicity-right, and other intellectual-property complaints.

This page provides a reporting process and does not state that Aloha HiViz has completed any separate U.S. Copyright Office designated-agent registration.
