Our Story
We started Aloha Hi-Viz because safety gear had exactly two looks: neon yellow, or neon orange. Nobody wanted to wear it off the clock, so nobody wore it properly on the clock either.
So we built work shirts with real reflective tape and prints you would actually wear to a barbecue. Fluorescent base fabric, retroreflective tape front and back, every design drawn in-house.
What we actually care about
The tape has to survive. The thing that kills reflectivity is not the washing machine, it is fabric softener coating the tape. Wash cold, skip the softener, and these shirts stay bright.
The prints have to be ours. Every pattern is designed in-house. No stock clipart, no two crews turning up in the same shirt.

How we work
Aloha HiViz is a direct-to-customer workwear store. Designs are drawn by our own team, and orders are printed and shipped by our print-on-demand production partner rather than held in a warehouse, which is why we can offer custom names and logos with no minimum order.
Our design team works out of Vietnam, which is why support hours are listed in GMT+7. Business correspondence and returns go to our United States address below.
